Agglomeration Community of Grand Besançon

Attribution of the framework agreement to purchase orders for the performance of public lighting audits, scope of intervention: from 3,000 to 9,000 lighting points.

The urban community covers 432.29 km² in 2016. It is made up of Besançon and 55 surrounding municipalities belonging to the Doubs department. Its population was 178,614 in 2013.
